Able to fill in all mandatory input fields without issue (ie. no red borders around the input fields and no error icon/message visible)

Unable to proceed to summary page without a director who is a Malaysian-resident

Only able to proceed to summary page when total shares of all shareholders = 1,000 shares

All information displayed on summary page is captured accurately per the input

Only able to proceed to payment page after checking the T&C checkbox in summary page

After clicking on 'Proceed to payment' button, you are redirected to payment page

Able to resume incorporation from a saved draft

(If applicable) After saving draft - receive email containing unique code and custom link to resume incorporation

'Overview' tab - 'Resume incorporation' button visible

'Company details' tab - 'Resume incorporation' button visible

'Company details' tab - Information that has been entered prior to saving draft is reflected here and correct

Receive email requesting to complete payment with payment link attached. Clicking on the link redirects to the payment page.

If payment not completed, user sees Step 1 in "Overview" tab shows 'Completed' and Step 2 highlighted and 'Pending' button is visible

'Company details' tab - green tick is visible beside 'Company details' header

'Payment' tab, 'Proceed to payment' button is visible. Clicking on the button redirects to the payment page.

The company email address should receive email indicating that payment is received

Step 1 & 2 in 'Overview' tab shows 'Completed'.

All directors/shareholders/corporate representatives receive email requesting for e-KYC containing the link to the e-KYC form

Step 3 in 'Overview' tab is now highlighted with 'In progress' button visible

'e-KYC' tab - Table displays all directors/shareholders/corporate representatives as stakeholders requiring verification. Make sure that no names are missing from the table.

Each stakeholder's 'Start verification' link redirects to the e-KYC form for each stakeholder

'Declarations' tab - All directors/shareholders/corporate representatives are listed under 'Letter of Incorporation' & 'S201' tables

'Declarations' tab - Only corporate representatives are listed under 'Letter of Authorisation as Corporate Representative' table

(Before e-KYC is completed) 'Declarations' tab - All directors/shareholders/corporate representatives displays 'Pending e-KYC' link which will bring them back to 'e-KYC' tab

First name field is already filled in with that stakeholder's first name

Last name field is already filled in with that stakeholder's last name

Legal name field is already filled in with that stakeholder's legal name

Email field is already filled in with that stakeholder's email address

Phone field is already filled in with that stakeholder's phone number

(Directors only) Country of Residence field is already pre-selected with that stakeholder's country of residence

non-Malaysian stakeholders can only select 'Foreigner' from the 'Race' dropdown

(Shareholders & Corporate Representatives only) 'Occupation' field is visible

(Shareholders only) 'Are you holding this company's shares as a nominee or trustee / on behalf of / as a proxy for any other beneficiaries?' question is visible

(Corporate representatives only) Corporate Shareholder Information page is visible

Company name field is already filled in with that corporate shareholder's company name

(Directors & Corporate representatives who are also directors only) 'Do you hold any directorships in any public companies OR companies which are subsidiaries of public companies?' question is visible

(Corporate representatives only) Need to upload official company documents 

(Stakeholder's country of resident is NOT 'Malaysia' only) Need to upload proof of residential address

(Malaysian & Country of Resident = Malaysia) No need to upload anything
